Cade Yeager and his connection to Excalibur. Could Cade be a descendant of Arthur?

Hey Guys, today I’m going to go into more detail on Cade Yeager and his connection to Excalibur. Excalibur was the legendary sword of King Arthur and it was said to hold magical powers. Back during the times of Arthur the sword was stuck in a stone, but there was also the story about how Arthur was given the sword by the Lady of the lake.Arthur had become king by pulling a sword from a stone. If I had to choose which story they would choose i'd go with the sword from the stone.

Could this medallion have powers that protect the bearer from harm?

What if this ancient Medallion and the Sword were made by the Knights of Cybertron and were given the task to give it to Arthur. I'm starting to think that the Knights may have brought this Medallion and sword when the escaped the planet Cybertron. Could Excalibur actally be called the Star Saber, but to protect the origin they told Arthur the name was called Excalibur.

During the scene you see Cogman talking with Cade after being thrown out a window. He tells him that Edmund Burton needs to talk to and says to Cade “Your special and someone who is important and is destined for something more than what he has been given.” I can’t remember the exact wording of what Cogman said, but that was the just of it. If anyone can remember the name let me know in the comments. Thanks.

Cade agrees to go see the man, but decided to take Bumblebee with him, when he meets Edmund Burton. Once inside his home, he shows Cade and Vivian the roundtable. There was a scene where Edmund Burton is standing not far from what looks like a sword stuck into something like how Arthur pulled the sword out of the stone. Could this item be key to Arthur's lineage? Meaning could only Arthur’s descendants could control Excalibur or wield it. And does it mean that Cade is a descendant of Arthur and that’s why the Medallion bonded with him, thus proving that he is a descendant.

I’ve read all the sites that talk about this theory, but don’t go into detail to the why the evidence points that way. After seeing all the clips and read many articles about the subject I’ve decided that maybe Cade is the last knight due to the fact that he is a Descendant of Arthur and is the one man to bridge the gap between the Transformers and Humans.

Let me know what you guys think and don’t forget to follow me on my blog and don’t forget to subscribe to my youtube channel.

  1. In the movie Cogman tells Edmund that the "Talisman has been bestowed" It was passed on to him by one of the 12 guardian knights. Edmund explains to Cade that he has the attributes of a knight, (hence the title (The Last knight) he is, chivalrous, honest, good, chaste, etc.. Notable: In literary, Arthur and Guinevere had no children. As for Bumblebee, he has always been Cade's impromptu sidekick and guardian, kind of like a Lancelot.
